RETURN POLICY

Return period
The refund terms will start from the delivery of the order and will be 7 calendar days because they are food products, the product must be unused and in perfect condition, including its original packaging, otherwise the good will suffer a depreciation. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a handling other than that necessary to establish the nature of the product, once the goods are received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to the reimbursement of your amount in the terms established in RDL 1/2007, according to the payment method made by the customer.

To make your return, you can do it by email at the address pedidos@bodegasmarinacosta.com or using the contact form you can find on the web, in this case you must put in the subject RETURN.

Rights
The buyer will have a period of 7 calendar days after receipt of the product to exercise his right to return in accordance with article 102.d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, by which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, not being applicable the supply of products that may deteriorate or expire quickly. Bodegas Marín Acosta, S.L. (Marín Acosta Selección) will reimburse the amount of your purchase without retention of expenses, however, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer when it is not a change or the product is not returned for justified reasons understood by these poor condition of the product or its packaging, shock or incorrect handling during transport.

Exceptions
Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly (meats, cheeses, fruits) or sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection and that have been unsealed after delivery. Products that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed indissociably with other products. Products whose price has been agreed at the time of signing the sales contract and can not be delivered before 30 days, and whose real value depends on market fluctuations that the employer can not control, in these cases the customer will pay the difference of the amount. Products with deficiencies caused by negligence, blows or improper use of the product or its packaging by the client.
